Nethomes develops a chain of services for real estate projects

Nethomes implements a comprehensive real estate development service model, from consulting to sales organization, across many northern localities.

The company provides service groups including: financial consulting and capital arrangement, product development, marketing and communications, sales organization, and post-transaction customer care.

According to a Nethomes representative, this approach helps investors control costs, shorten timelines, and limit risks during volatile market periods. The "end-to-end" model is also suitable for businesses that have not yet completed their personnel structure or are implementing projects in new localities.

Nethomes has built a cooperation network with distribution units in Ha Noi, Hai Phong, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, and Thai Nguyen. The firm also connects with major commercial banks to support financial solutions for investors and buyers, including: Vietcombank, VietinBank, BIDV, MB, and VPBank.

In the last six months of 2025, Nethomes participated in the development and distribution of 5 projects in the northern region, covering both commercial urban areas and social housing segments, such as: Pho Hien City (Hung Yen) and Phu Thu Park Hill (Hai Phong).

Among these, Pho Hien City, spanning 10 ha, comprises 438 products. After three months, the project sold nearly 300 townhouses and shophouses. Similarly, Phu Thu Park Hill (73 ha) in Hai Phong recorded over 600 reservations before its launch date.

According to the company, these results stem from a management team and experts with many years of experience in project development, deep understanding of the local market, and macroeconomic trends. Instead of focusing solely on sales speed, Nethomes prioritizes building long-term implementation plans aligned with actual absorption capacity. The firm also supports investors in making decisions throughout the project development process.

Mr. Pham Van Nam, General Director of Nethomes, stated that the company's goal is to optimize efficiency for investors by controlling cash flow, costs, and timelines, while also ensuring a consistent customer experience.

The company plans to continue implementing 5 ongoing projects while expanding cooperation in new markets across the northern region. A company representative anticipates that as the market gradually stabilizes, well-structured development models, focused on efficiency and sustainability, will play an increasingly vital role.
