Trinh Khanh Linh, born in 1999, has been appointed Chairman of PC1 Group, the company announced on 24/7 following an extraordinary personnel meeting. This appointment comes after her father, Trinh Van Tuan, who served as PC1 Chairman for 16 years, was prosecuted and temporarily detained in May on charges of asset embezzlement and accounting violations.
Before assuming the chairmanship, Linh held the position of Deputy Director of the Group's Finance Department. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from George Washington University in the US. From 2021-2025, she gained experience as a specialist at KPMG Tax and Advisory Co., Ltd. and Vietcap Securities.
Linh currently holds 4 million PC1 shares, representing nearly 1% of the company's capital. As Chairman, she also manages an additional 21.38% of capital held by other shareholders.

In addition to Linh, PC1 shareholders also elected ba new members to the Board of Directors: Trinh Tien Dung, Le Thanh Luong, and Vu Thi Minh Nhat. Trinh Tien Dung is the younger brother of Trinh Van Tuan and currently serves as Chairman and General Director of Dai Dung Commercial Construction Mechanical Joint Stock Company.
Besides Trinh Van Tuan, 6 other PC1 management personnel were prosecuted on charges of asset embezzlement and accounting violations. Tuan remains PC1's largest shareholder with a 21.38% ownership stake.
PC1, originally a state-owned enterprise, specialized in the construction of national power transmission projects. The company was equitized in 2005 and listed its shares on HoSE in late 2016. Since then, PC1 has diversified into industrial production, energy investment, and real estate.
