VietABank held the launch ceremony for its new ezLive automated transaction offices online, connecting two locations. The event saw attendance from the bank's Board of Directors, leaders of various units within the system, partners, and invited guests.

At the core of the ezLive model is the smart transaction machine (STM), seamlessly integrated with the VietABank digital banking application and eKYC electronic identification solution. Through this device, customers can open online accounts, deposit and withdraw cash, make transfers, open and close savings accounts, apply for credit cards, apply for loans, and access other banking services.

A key technological feature of the STM system at ezLive is its dual authentication capability. This is achieved through QR code scanning via the VietABank application or a chip-embedded citizen identification card, combined with biometric technology to enhance security during transactions. Notably, ezLive operates continuously outside business hours, allowing customers to conduct transactions at their convenience.

Speaking at the event, Nguyen Van Trong, Chief Executive Officer of VietABank, highlighted ezLive's role in the bank's digital strategy. He stated that ezLive is a part of the unit's digital banking ecosystem development strategy, connecting various digital services into a seamless customer experience.

"After the two initial deployment locations, we will evaluate their effectiveness to gradually replicate the ezLive model and expand digital touchpoints across our entire system," Mr. Trong said.

To celebrate the launch, VietABank introduced a special promotion for customers using the ezLive automated transaction offices. Customers who complete at least one transaction on the STM, such as opening an account, applying for a card, or depositing or withdrawing money, will receive gifts and Got It vouchers usable at over 24,000 shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, including: ShopeeFood, Tops Market, Co.opmart. The bank is also offering gifts to customers who check in at the ezLive space from 23/7 to 23/8.
