The event on 22/3 saw a large turnout from early morning, with customers eager to learn more and complete procedures. Approximately 80% of the units were signed that morning, according to the developer. Reception areas, model displays, and procedure counters were continuously busy, with many customers signing contracts on site. A project representative stated that the high volume of transactions occurred because the project met key criteria: price, legal transparency, and construction progress.

The Phuc Dat Tan Uyen social housing project spans over 11,440.8 m², featuring three 18-story blocks. It offers 936 apartments, ranging in size from 35 to 62 m². Units start at approximately 500 million dong each. According to the investor, this pricing is suitable for the target customer group, which includes workers, public servants, and teachers in the area, especially technical laborers and personnel employed in industrial parks.
Beyond price, transparent legal status and construction progress were key factors driving purchase decisions. The developer confirmed that the project's infrastructure was completed before the contract signing event, allowing buyers to verify the actual quality. Additionally, the investor made legal documents available at the event for customers to review before signing.
The next contract signing phase is scheduled for 29/3. Following the initial signing, the remaining units are limited, meaning later buyers will have fewer options regarding apartment location, size, or accompanying conditions.

The greater TP HCM area, home to numerous industrial parks such as VSIP, Song Than, and My Phuoc, has seen a continuous rise in its workforce, including engineers and specialists, fueled by ongoing industrial development. This rapid increase in population has led to a significant demand for housing. However, according to the Phuc Dat Tan Uyen social housing project developer, the supply of social housing has not kept pace with market demand. Concurrently, commercial real estate prices have tended to increase in recent years, widening the gap between housing costs and the income of most workers.

Given the limited supply of social housing, prospective buyers with genuine housing needs should proactively prepare their finances, complete necessary documents, and monitor information from subsequent sales phases to align with their plans.
