The WeChoice Awards 2025 ceremony took place in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) on the evening of 7/2. Do Vinh Quang, Vice Chairman of T&T Group, shared that the group presented the story of a private enterprise growing through its own capabilities, steadfastly pursuing a long-term strategy. The group actively partners with the nation in expanding development opportunities and engaging more deeply in regional and global value chains.
"This award is both an honor and a motivation, a responsibility for our team to remain steadfast and persistent in our journey of building with sincerity, continuing Vietnam's story in the nation's new era of global integration," Quang stated.
The WeChoice Awards, held annually since 2014, celebrate notable individuals and events of the year. This year, the organizers chose the theme "Continue Vietnam's Story," narrating tales of a Vietnam that is strongly emerging, proud, enthusiastic, and dedicated to the future.

Established in 1993, T&T Group has grown into one of the largest multi-industry private economic groups. It operates in seven sectors: energy, transport infrastructure, logistics, aviation, real estate, industry and commerce, and agriculture and forestry. Currently, the group has a charter capital of 22 trillion dong, over 400 member companies, and approximately 80,000 employees both domestically and internationally.
According to Vice Chairman Do Vinh Quang, the group's growth has paralleled Vietnam's extensive international integration. Building on a solid domestic foundation, the enterprise has expanded its operations into international markets such as the US, Germany, and Laos, forming a cross-border business ecosystem and deepening its connection with regional and global value chains.
Beyond business investment, the leadership identifies international cooperation as one of its strategic pillars. The group has forged relationships with many major partners in various sectors, including YCH (Singapore), Hanwha, Kospo, Kogas, DB, SK (South Korea), EREX, and Marubeni (Japan). These partnerships have steadily enhanced the group's management capabilities, technological mastery, and ability to implement large-scale projects according to international standards.

A prominent area in T&T Group's "Global Reach" strategy is energy. The group currently operates over 10 projects with a total capacity reaching 2,900 MW, encompassing wind power, solar power, and LNG gas power. From this foundation, the enterprise continues to expand investment in large-scale projects, aligning with the national energy security strategy and sustainable energy transition.
A notable example is the Savan 1 wind power project in Laos, which contributes to directly transmitting electricity to Vietnam. This initiative marks the unit's pioneering step in cross-border renewable energy investment, demonstrating its comprehensive implementation capabilities—from project development, plant construction, and transmission infrastructure investment to operation. In its long-term strategy, Savan 1 is not an isolated step but a part of a broader energy investment portfolio aligned with national strategic priorities.

Alongside energy, logistics is another pillar enabling T&T Group to participate more deeply in regional and global value chains. The unit partnered with YCH Group (Singapore) to develop Vietnam SuperPort, the first smart logistics "superport" in the ASEAN logistics network.
Spanning over 83 hectares with a total investment of 6.9 trillion dong, Vietnam SuperPort is positioned as a strategic multimodal logistics hub, integrating road, rail, air, and sea transport. The project serves as a transshipment point, aiming to optimize trade flows between Vietnam and ASEAN, China, and other major markets, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of the national supply chain.
The group's international integration is clearly evident in the agricultural products import-export sector. T&T is currently a major cashew nut purchaser globally, supplying raw materials to domestic and international markets. It is also among the largest agricultural import-export enterprises in Vietnam, with an annual trade value reaching hundreds of millions of US dollars.
In the infrastructure and aviation sectors, the unit has been investing significantly in a series of strategic projects: the Bao Loc - Lien Khuong expressway, Quang Tri airport, Quang Ninh port, and a large-scale airport industrial complex that includes logistics, services, commerce, and urban development. Additionally, by becoming a strategic shareholder in Vietravel Airlines, T&T is progressively completing its aviation ecosystem, following a successful global group model, which helps expand the trade network and national infrastructure capacity.
In parallel with its investment and business activities, the enterprise remains committed to its philosophy of "developing the business alongside social responsibility." Over many years, the group has contributed thousands of billions of dong to social welfare programs, invested in cultural and historical projects, and supported the nation during difficult periods. The unit has three times received the First-Class Labor Medal and has been named "Asia's Excellent Enterprise," along with numerous other domestic and international awards.
