Tran Khai Hoan appointed General Director of Nam A Bank

After two years as acting General Director, Tran Khai Hoan is officially appointed General Director of Nam A Bank from 10/4.

According to Nam A Bank, the appointment ensures continuity and consistency in its long-term development strategy. The Board expects Hoan to effectively implement business goals for 2026 and the 2026-2031 strategy, focusing on sustainable and integrated growth.

During his tenure as executive leader, the executive board under Tran Khai Hoan's guidance achieved significant results. By the end of 2025, total assets reached 418,333 billion VND, increasing over 300% compared to the beginning of his term. Consolidated pre-tax profit reached 5,254 billion VND, an increase of over 500% from 2020. The bank also joined the group of the 15 largest credit institutions in the system.

The bank is expanding international cooperation and implementing digital transformation and green development initiatives. In March, Nam A Bank joined IFC's trade finance program with an anticipated limit of 50 million USD, while also working with Proparco to mobilize approximately 30 million USD in green capital.

Tran Khai Hoan, born in 1978, holds a Master of Business Administration degree and has over twenty years of experience in finance and banking. Before joining Nam A Bank, he held various senior management positions at credit institutions.

At Nam A Bank, Hoan served as Business Center Director, Deputy General Director, Deputy General Director cum Chairman of the Debt Management and Asset Exploitation Company, and Permanent Deputy General Director. From 3/2024, he was a Board Member and acting General Director.
