Viettel Construction optimizes infrastructure solutions for businesses

Viettel Construction develops a comprehensive infrastructure ecosystem encompassing construction, mechanical and electrical systems, and renewable energy, aiming to help businesses optimize operations and maintain production momentum.

Infrastructure increasingly impacts business efficiency. A single power outage can disrupt a production line, and a lack of synchronized operating systems often leads to additional costs. Furthermore, slow construction progress can cause businesses to miss market opportunities. This situation drives a trend towards integrated investment, rather than implementing each component separately as in the past.

Consequently, many businesses are prioritizing a "single point of contact" model. This approach connects all stages, from design and construction to operation, to reduce management pressure and control progress more effectively.

Recognizing this demand, Viettel Construction developed a comprehensive infrastructure solution system across four areas: construction, mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems, renewable energy, and technical services. The company implements projects using an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) model, managing the entire process from design, equipment supply, and construction to post-handover operation and maintenance.

In the construction sector, the company undertakes various types of projects, including urban areas, offices, factories, industrial park infrastructure, public works, and housing. Its partner portfolio spans multiple sectors, featuring major names such as Vingroup, Samsung, BIM Group, T&T Group, and EVN. Collaborating with large developers has allowed Viettel Construction to accumulate extensive experience in environments demanding high technical standards and strict timelines.

Alongside construction, renewable energy is another area the company has expanded significantly in recent years. Over six years, Viettel Construction has implemented more than 13,000 solar power projects, totaling approximately 350 MWp, for both businesses and households.

Many projects require construction to proceed without interrupting production activities, while also ensuring technical standards and stable operational capabilities. Notable examples include the solar power project at the Nhu tuong Viet Phap factory, the solar power system for the Dong Tam water plant, and a project implemented for Long Phuong Company.

In addition to these two core areas, the company also develops mechanical and electrical (M&E) solutions and technical services to complete the operational chain. Direct involvement from construction to maintenance allows the unit to thoroughly understand system characteristics, thereby helping partners optimize usage efficiency and reduce long-term operating costs.

A company representative stated that Viettel Construction also intensifies the application of technology in project management. This aims to enhance data accuracy, improve quality control, and ensure consistent progress throughout the implementation process.

The strategy of expanding its infrastructure ecosystem while specializing in each field has yielded significant results for the company recently. The unit received the title of Labor Hero in 2025, the Vietnam National Brand award for its "design, supply, and installation of solar power systems" solution, was ranked Top 1 Reputable Infrastructure - Industrial Construction Contractor in 2026, and won the Digital Transformation Award 2022 for its Integrated Operations Center (IOC) system used in civil construction management.

As a subsidiary of Viettel Group, Viettel Construction stated that it continues to invest in financial capacity, technology, and human resources to participate more deeply in large-scale infrastructure projects. In an environment where businesses prioritize stability and operational efficiency, the integrated solution model is expected to help organizations maintain business momentum and prepare for the market's recovery phase.
