Recently, Vinamilk unveiled the production technology for its Green Farm fresh milk line, establishing a dual vacuum technology experience zone for customers in TP HCM.
The brand also disclosed production information, allowing consumers to better understand the product creation process from the Green Farm Tay Ninh farm.

According to Vinamilk, many invisible factors directly influence the aroma and taste of fresh milk. Light, temperature, or storage errors can alter sensory perception. Oxygen, often an unrecognized culprit, promotes oxidation reactions that easily change flavor.
To address this, the brand chose dual vacuum technology. This technology removes up to 50% of free oxygen radicals in milk, significantly reducing oxidation risk and limiting sensory fluctuations. With better control of free oxygen levels, the grassy aftertaste in Green Farm fresh milk remains stable, and its freshness is maintained longer throughout the product's shelf life.
Integrating dual vacuum technology into liquid milk production is not simple. Globally, this technology is more common in cheese and powdered milk production, where product structures are conducive to oxygen control.

For liquid milk, the challenge lies in maintaining process continuity from milking to final packaging. Vinamilk's research and development team stated they spent nearly two years testing and refining this technology's integration into the entire production line. This ensured synchronous oxygen removal and minimized "gaps" that could affect quality.
At the Green Farm, milking, inspecting, and chilling milk at 4 degrees C are strictly maintained according to quality control standards. The dual vacuum technology is the final piece that locks in the milk's stable freshness. Combined with the cows' diet of 20 types of naturally sourced grasses, flowers, and seeds, it preserves the grassy notes in each product.

This approach has yielded taste benefits, recognized through independent evaluations. Green Farm fresh milk achieved Clean Label Project certification, meeting over 400 safety and transparency criteria. The brand also received a Gold award from Monde Selection, acknowledging its food quality according to international standards.
Furthermore, from 2023 to 2025, Vinamilk Green Farm vacuum-packed fresh milk was consecutively honored with the "Superior Taste" award at the Superior Taste Award – an accolade focused on evaluating consumer taste perception. According to the brand, these recognitions demonstrate efforts to standardize raw materials, processes, and finished products, aiming to maintain consistent quality and flavor.
Vinamilk also introduced its dual vacuum technology at international professional forums. At the Global Dairy Congress 2025, the 18th World Dairy Congress held in Amsterdam, Netherlands, this technology highlighted the company's innovative spirit. Experts deemed it a breakthrough approach in the dairy industry, garnering consumer attention.
