The Sao Khue Awards, hosted by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA), celebrates exemplary information technology products, solutions, and digital transformation initiatives. This year's program featured a refined five-level maturity classification model, reorganized eight core technology domains, and introduced the Vietnam Digital Technology Solutions Map. VNPAY's solution suite for business households and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) was selected for the top 10 from over 300 nominations, following five rigorous evaluation rounds. This recognition underscores its significant impact on Vietnam's digital economy.

The "all-in-one" solution suite

VNPAY's "all-in-one" digital payment ecosystem offers diverse payment methods, including QR code scanning and physical card transactions, through its PhonePOS, SmartPOS, payment gateway, and VNPAY-QR platforms. The system provides real-time transaction recording and revenue updates, significantly reducing manual data aggregation and operational errors for sellers. A key feature, PhonePOS, allows business households to transform their smartphones into point-of-sale (POS) devices, enabling card taps and QR code payments without additional specialized hardware investment.

Beyond payments, VNPAY integrates essential tax declaration tools directly onto its platform, leveraging synchronized revenue data. This includes sales management software, electronic invoices, electronic contracts, and digital signatures. This integrated approach simplifies tax obligations for business households and businesses, alleviating the burden of investment and operational costs associated with separate systems. The solution is built on a robust technology platform, capable of handling large transaction data volumes while adhering to international information security standards. VNPAY also uses artificial intelligence (AI) and data analytics to streamline transaction reconciliation, minimize manual tasks, and assist business households in tracking revenue and declaring taxes efficiently.

To further support digital adoption, VNPAY is offering its complete digital tax submission solution suite free of charge to businesses until the end of 2028. This program includes unlimited electronic invoices and digital signatures, removing financial barriers for wider implementation.

Promoting widespread digital transformation

VNPAY is actively driving widespread digital transformation across Vietnam. Following the removal of the flat-rate tax, the company has partnered with tax authorities in major cities like TP HCM, Hanoi, Nha Trang, and Da Nang to roll out digital tax submission solutions nationwide. Additionally, VNPAY has expanded its collaboration with nearly 20 banks, including Agribank, Co-opBank, VPBank, and Sacombank, to enhance the accessibility of cashless payment solutions for businesses.

The synergy between VNPAY's technology platform and its extensive banking network significantly broadens access to digital solutions for business households and SMEs. These tools are designed for user-friendliness and cost-optimization, minimizing the need for extensive equipment investments or complex operational resources. Nguyen Thi Hoa, a retail store owner in Yen Hoa ward, Hanoi, attests to the practical benefits: "For us small traders, sales management software combined with automatic tax declaration support, featuring simple and easy-to-use interfaces, is very helpful in business."

Phung Viet Thang, a member of the Sao Khue Awards jury, highlighted the importance of user-friendliness for business households transitioning to digital operations. He noted that VNPAY's seamless integration with tax authorities and banking systems simplifies complex processes for businesses.
