The company is the investor behind the Vinhomes Vung Ang Industrial Park project in Ha Tinh province. This large-scale project covers nearly 965 ha, situated within the central CN4 and CN5 lots of the Vung Ang economic zone, in what was previously Ky Anh town before its merger. The project is slated for completion before the end of Quarter IV/2030.

Vingroup expanded its business into the industrial real estate segment in 2020. In addition to its endeavors in Ha Tinh, the group, led by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, is also developing several other industrial park projects in Hai Phong, including Tan Trao, Trang Cat, and Dinh Vu - Cat Hai.

According to its 2025 annual report, Vingroup developed its industrial real estate segment to support suppliers within its extensive ecosystem. The group also aims to leverage its existing experience and advantages in the real estate sector to attract leading multinational corporations to establish manufacturing facilities in Vietnam.
