VPBank brings financial experience series to Hanoi and Bac Ninh

Following Ho Chi Minh City, the "VPBank is here, let's talk now" program will take place in Hanoi and Bac Ninh on 27-28/6, featuring experiential activities and consultations on financial products and services.

VPBank is expanding its "VPBank is here, let's talk now" program to Hanoi and Bac Ninh this month. The large-scale initiative, which runs throughout the summer in various provinces and cities nationwide, aims to bring VPBank's financial products and services closer to customers. This program creates direct connection points between the brand and local communities.

The events will be held at GO! Thang Long commercial center in Hanoi and Vincom Plaza Ly Thai To in Bac Ninh. Instead of limiting interactions to its branch network, VPBank is deploying its team of consultants to commercial centers, allowing people to learn about banking products and services while shopping and enjoying leisure activities.

Over the two-day event, visitors can engage directly with consultants about products such as payment accounts, savings, credit cards, and features available on the VPBank NEO digital banking platform. The program also includes interactive activities, music performances, and games for participants.

A VPBank representative shared, "The program serves as a convenient stop for all customers, from young individuals seeking smart spending solutions and families aiming to optimize idle funds, to those new to banking financial products."

Beyond product information, customers will receive advice on personal finance management, strategies to grow money in their payment accounts daily, payment offers to optimize household spending, and digital solutions for convenient management of recurring payments.

VPBank selected Hanoi and Bac Ninh due to their high economic development and urbanization rates. These areas show a growing demand for digital banking services, payments, and personal finance management.

In addition to the on-site activities, registered customers will have the opportunity to experience a double-decker bus tour of the city. In Hanoi, the route passes through locations such as Ho Tay, Thanh Nien street, Hoan Kiem Lake, and VPBank Tower. In Bac Ninh, the bus route connects Vincom Plaza Ly Thai To with Bao tang Bac Ninh, Trung tam Van hoa Kinh Bac, and Thanh co Bac Ninh.

After Hanoi and Bac Ninh, the program will continue in other provinces and cities. According to VPBank, this initiative is part of its strategy to expand direct customer interaction, complementing its branch network and digital banking platforms.
