VPBank upgrades shop thinh vuong digital platform

VPBank launches upgraded shop thinh vuong pro, adding in-depth management features to help household businesses manage sales, cash flow, and tax operations.

The new version integrates operations such as issuing electronic invoices, storing documents, declaring, and paying taxes on a single platform. Users can register, issue, and track electronic invoices directly within the application. VPBank states that household businesses receive unlimited free electronic invoices, digital signatures, and annual fees; data is automatically stored according to tax authority templates.

According to accounting and tax experts, continuous recording of business data from the moment transactions occur significantly reduces pressure during declaration periods and enhances accuracy in fulfilling tax obligations.

Beyond tax operations, Shop Thinh Vuong Pro integrates tools for order management, inventory, revenue and expenditure, customer relations, and restaurant operations within a single system. For models with multiple employees or sales points, all transactions are recorded and stored continuously, enabling household business owners to proactively monitor their store's activities.

The platform also transforms cash flow data into intuitive operational reports, continuously updating revenue from various sales channels. Notably, the system provides cash flow alerts, capital demand forecasts, and suggestions for developing business plans for subsequent stages.

Significantly, Shop Thinh Vuong Pro integrates artificial intelligence (AI) and optical character recognition (OCR) technology to help create stores, digitize information, and add products from images. Users can also create orders by voice, use the AI assistant to look up sales operations, tax regulations, legal information, and verify transactions by voice to enhance security.

Launched in 2025, Shop Thinh Vuong is a financial solution for household businesses, integrating revenue management functions, store activity tracking, staff management, and connecting payment utilities within the VPBank ecosystem. Currently, the platform has attracted nearly 300,000 customers.

Building on this platform, VPBank continued research and listened to feedback from the household business community to develop Shop Thinh Vuong Pro - a better upgraded version aimed at becoming a comprehensive "digital assistant" for business operations.

In addition to developing digital platforms, VPBank has recently intensified various direct support activities for the household business community nationwide. The bank has collaborated with tax authorities in many localities to implement consultation programs, disseminate new regulations, and assist household businesses in familiarizing themselves with specialized accounts, electronic invoices, and declaring and paying taxes on digital platforms.

Recently, VPBank launched the "Ngay an tam so sach" (peace of mind bookkeeping day) program, scheduled to be held monthly on the 15th, to address questions related to tax, accounting, cash flow, and business operations. Direct consultations and expert Q&A sessions are also being implemented to support the household business community in their digital transformation journey.

During its initial rollout (15/6), the program recorded over 6,000 new registrations from individual business accounts and household businesses, indicating a growing demand among small traders for solutions that simplify regulatory compliance and standardize operational activities.

The bank expects Shop Thinh Vuong Pro to become a powerful tool, helping household businesses gradually transition from manual management methods to a data-driven management model - a crucial foundation for systematic and sustainable development.
