The 10th grade entrance exam concluded on 2/6. This year marks the first after the merger of TP HCM, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and Binh Duong provinces, resulting in over 151,000 candidates, the highest number nationwide. The exam questions were less difficult compared to previous years in the former TP HCM area, leading many teachers and principals to predict an increase in benchmark scores by 0,25 to 2 points.
Yesterday, the Department announced the benchmark scores for specialized and integrated 10th grade classes, along with the exam results for the 151,000 candidates. The benchmark scores for regular 10th grade classes will be announced after 23/6.
