Dilraba's team conceptualized the shoot as a "little fairy in a fairytale world." In the images, Dilraba is barefoot or wears romantic sandals, rides a flower-adorned bicycle, and frolics with balloons. Her representative explained the concept: "She hums, explores a mysterious land. She is drawn when a balloon floats by; it seems not to belong here. The little fairy chases the balloon's direction, thereby entering a gentle and romantic world of her own."

Phan Huy meticulously balanced the stable structural form with the material's softness. The extended train at the back creates a unique architectural highlight, giving the outfit an elegant silhouette and natural movement. Details were completed with high precision, ensuring a balance between rigorous tailoring and contemporary aesthetics. Dilraba's team noted that the actress was impressed by Phan Huy's creative language and that the dress fit perfectly during the first fitting, requiring no alterations.

Dilraba Dilmurat, 34, born in Xinjiang, gained fame through "Eternal Love of Dream" and "The Long Ballad." She is a sought-after advertising face and an ambassador for numerous brands. According to Sohu, she is among China's most influential stars in fashion.

Phan Huy, 27, from Quang Tri, is a guest member of the Federation de la Haute Couture et de la Mode. He frequently showcases his collections, such as "Afterglow at Tam Giang Lagoon" and "Lost in the Cavern", at Paris Fashion Week, known for their glamorous and romantic styles.

Dilraba's team said the actress was impressed with the designer's creative language. She fit the dress perfectly on the first fitting, with no further alterations needed.

This year, his designs have been chosen by a host of top Chinese stars, including Fan Bingbing, Zhao Lusi, and Zhou Ye, for red carpet events. In June, Dilraba also graced the cover of Marie Claire China, wearing a Phan Huy couture piece.
