Nearly 400 police officers from Quang Tri province participated in the two-pronged raid on 16/8 at almost midnight.
During the inspection, the Nonstop Club was serving 26 tables. At seven tables, 27 patrons were allegedly organizing and using illegal drugs, including nitrous oxide. At three other tables, 21 patrons were allegedly using nitrous oxide.
Police confiscated 11 compressed gas cylinders, a white powder suspected to be narcotics, drug paraphernalia, and related materials.
Authorities also seized an additional 21 compressed gas cylinders from the bar's storage room. Rapid drug tests administered to 141 individuals revealed 79 positive results.

Simultaneously, the Victory nightclub was hosting 103 guests at 23 tables. Upon inspection, police found 25 patrons at five tables allegedly organizing and using illegal drugs.
Drug tests administered to 125 people present at the nightclub revealed 66 positive results. In the nightclub's storage area, police discovered 22 compressed gas cylinders containing N20 (nitrous oxide), seven unused white balloons, and 23 bottles of alcohol of unknown origin.

Police reported that 52 individuals at the two establishments are suspected of organizing and using illegal drugs.
The investigation is ongoing.
