Hao admitted to assaulting the 13 and 14-year-old boys, as seen in a video circulating online. He said he attacked them after discovering they had logged into his gaming cafe using someone else's account.
The assault occurred on 23/3, but the video surfaced recently, exposing Hao and Tu's actions. Fearing arrest, they fled to Da Lat.
Ho Chi Minh City police, in coordination with Lam Dong province police, apprehended the two men at a motel in Tuy Phong district (formerly Binh Thuan).
Investigators are assessing the teens' injuries to gather further evidence and potentially pursue additional charges.
