Beyond inspections, the task force will address legal and operational issues affecting production and business. Hanoi Police anticipates this initiative will help improve the capital's Provincial Competitiveness Index (PCI), enabling businesses to pursue sustainable development with confidence.
During these inspections, Hanoi Police leadership has issued strict directives to prevent any harassment or inconvenience, ensuring normal operations of citizens and businesses are not disrupted.
A detailed list of the 9,960 establishments in Hanoi slated for inspection will be made available.
Since early january, under Plan number 12, the Ministry of Public Security initiated a policy to inspect compliance with legal regulations within its state management purview across enterprises, business households, and individual businesses throughout 2026.
