While visiting the cemetery on Mount Dai Hue, formerly Hung Nguyen district, to burn incense this morning, locals discovered a skull lying in a grassy area and immediately reported it to the authorities.

Upon investigating the scene, authorities found more human bones scattered within a 15-20 square meter area, some covered by vegetation. Women's clothing was also found nearby.

Authorities believe the victim was female and may have died about three months ago.

The discovery site is located more than one kilometer from Highway 46 and is infrequently traversed.

Nghe An Provincial Police are working to identify the victim and investigate the incident.
