Earlier today, residents clearing a ditch in Nam Phuong Son hamlet, Quan Thanh commune, discovered a decomposed human skull more than one meter deep in the water. The area was formerly part of Xuan Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district. Residents immediately reported the finding to local authorities.
During an examination of the site, covering several tens of square meters, authorities found additional decomposed human bones scattered in the ditch. The water level in the ditch was approximately 5 cm, with some remains partially covered by vegetation.
