Khanh Sky, Vua Quat, Ho Van Khoa Indicted

Three TikTokers Nguyen Van Hoi (aka Khanh Sky), Ho Van Khoa, and Tran Dinh Tiep (aka Vua Quat) have been indicted.

Bac Ninh provincial police announced on 7/8 that the investigative police agency has indicted three prominent TikTokers: Nguyen Van Hoi (known as Khanh Sky), Ho Van Khoa, and Tran Dinh Tiep (known as Vua Quat). Khanh Sky faces charges of public disturbance and abusing democratic freedoms to harm state interests, and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals. Ho Van Khoa is charged with public disturbance, while Tran Dinh Tiep is accused of abusing democratic freedoms to harm state interests, and the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individuals.

The investigation revealed that the group repeatedly livestreamed offensive and insulting content, targeting each other to boost views, interactions, and expand their social media influence. Their activities extended beyond online broadcasts, with Khanh Sky and Khoa allegedly planning and instigating a physical confrontation at Tiep's workshop.

These livestreams spread widely, negatively impacting public opinion and the reputations of those involved, while also affecting security and order in cyberspace.

A notable incident occurred on 29/7, when Khanh, accompanied by Khoa and others, went to Tran Dinh Tiep's production workshop in Tam Giang commune, Bac Ninh province. During a 15-minute livestream, Khanh Sky's group uttered curses, threats, and challenges. Khanh Sky was filmed walking through the workshop, loudly demanding a meeting. In the video, he stated, "At worst, I'll go to jail, why be afraid?" This livestream garnered thousands of views and significant interaction.

Tran Dinh Tiep, 36, is an entrepreneur and TikToker known for selling electric fans and household appliances via livestreams. He recently gained attention for various controversies and clashes with other online personalities.

Khanh Sky, 34, from Hung Yen, is widely recognized on social media for videos featuring cursing and vulgar language directed at others.

Khoa, 34, is referred to as an "online gangster" due to his controversial videos. He has two previous convictions for extortion, public disturbance, and intentional destruction of property. In 2021, Khoa was accused of attempting to shoot "online gangster" Duong Minh Tuyen due to a personal conflict.
