Lavie, a former model for Playboy and Penthouse, also maintained an active presence on OnlyFans. She gained social media prominence on TikTok and Instagram, showcasing provocative images and a lavish lifestyle, often featuring global travel via private jet. Authorities noted Lavie typically drove a black Porsche SUV and a white Mercedes-Benz sedan.

In 10/2025, the Los Angeles Police Department declared Lavie a wanted individual for her alleged involvement in a series of thefts across Los Angeles, affecting five victims. Following this initial public notice, over 10 additional potential victims reported similar incidents. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office formally filed charges against Lavie on 4/11/2025. The model subsequently surrendered to authorities on 6/11/2025.
Lavie is currently out on bail, equipped with an electronic ankle monitoring device, and has been ordered to maintain distance from her alleged victims. Her next court appearance is scheduled for 6/4. Prosecutor Nathan Hochman stated that Lavie exploited vulnerable victims to commit her alleged crimes. "At trial, we will demonstrate that the defendant leveraged trust established through online relationships to gain entry into victims' homes and steal property. Her capacity to deceive others, whether in person or online, has now been curtailed", Hochman asserted.
