Delivery driver Walton is being held without bail at the Callaway County Jail in Missouri on charges of armed criminal action, first-degree assault, and leaving the scene of an accident.
According to records, at 7:21 PM on 29/4, officers from the Fulton Police Department received a report that a delivery driver, identified as Walton, became enraged and drove his car into a customer in front of their home.
Police stated the victim, whose identity was not disclosed, sustained visible injuries to their hand. The victim alleged Walton engaged in a "verbal altercation" after not receiving a tip, then intentionally drove forward and struck them, forcing the victim to jump onto the hood of the car to avoid more serious injury.
Video footage from the scene showed Walton initiating the dispute by yelling obscenities at the victim and a witness. Walton then backed his car towards the street, while the victim walked on the driveway, not blocking the vehicle or preventing the driver from leaving.
At this point, Walton accelerated forward, struck the victim, and then fled the scene at high speed.

When police contacted Walton at the Domino's pizza store, he admitted to driving towards the victim with the intent to "intimidate" them and also admitted to leaving the scene afterward.
Walton was held without bail due to concerns that he would not comply with a court summons.
Records indicate Walton had previous convictions for domestic violence and unlawful imprisonment, for which he had served prison time.
Walton's scheduled court hearing is set for 6/5.
