On 11/1, Lam Dong Provincial Police began extracting security camera footage to locate a truck that fled after fatally striking a man in Tuyen Quang commune last night.

Initial reports indicate that on the evening of 10/1, a 70-year-old man was riding his motorcycle on the Ham My - Muong Man road in Tuyen Quang commune (formerly Ham My) when he suddenly stopped, staggered, and fell onto the road. Immediately, a truck approaching from behind struck the victim and continued without stopping. Local residents transported the elderly man to the emergency room, but he died shortly after.

Authorities examined the scene, requested a forensic examination, and are also reviewing local security camera footage to investigate the incident.
