On 3/7, Le Duy Linh (40), known by his stage name Tang Nhat Tue, a singer and songwriter, was arrested along with 38 others by Chanh Hung Ward Police, in coordination with the Ho Chi Minh City Police Drug Crime Investigation Department. They are being investigated for dealing, possession, and organizing the use of illegal drugs.

According to investigators, the case began with suspicions of organized drug use at a hotel in the area. Authorities identified Nguyen Bao An (31) as the primary drug supplier. An directly delivered drugs to Tran Nhat Quang (27), who then distributed them to other contacts.
Investigators determined that this group operated discreetly, primarily using hotels, apartments, or rented houses as their "staging grounds." To evade authorities, they communicated only through personal connections, prepared their own paraphernalia, and divided into small groups for drug use.

During searches of several related locations, authorities seized various types of drugs, including methamphetamine, ketamine, and MDMA, along with drug paraphernalia, 49 mobile phones, four tablets, one laptop, and 14 motorbikes. Rapid test results indicated positive outcomes for many individuals.
The list of arrested individuals includes Tang Nhat Tue and Tran Khanh Duy. Both showed signs of organizing drug use. The singer was also identified with the additional offense of illegal drug possession.
After screening, Ho Chi Minh City Police prosecuted 39 people for dealing, possessing, and organizing the illegal use of drugs. The remaining nine individuals received administrative penalties and were sent to compulsory rehabilitation.

Tang Nhat Tue, whose real name is Le Duy Linh, was born in Hanoi. He is a versatile artist in Vietnamese showbiz, having worked as a singer, songwriter, actor, and music group manager. He has a vast collection of over 150 compositions across various genres such as Pop, Rock, R&B, and Hip.
