Range Rover driver punctures two SH motorbike tires in Hanoi

A Range Rover driver exited his vehicle and used a sharp object to puncture two tires of an SH motorbike parked in an alley.

On the afternoon of 13/3, Yen Hoa Ward Police confirmed they received a report from the victim and have summoned both parties for questioning regarding the driver's misconduct.

Security camera footage shows the car driver puncturing the motorbike tires.

Security cameras recorded the incident around 9 p.m. on 12/3. A Range Rover stopped at Alley 189 Nguyen Ngoc Vu. An SH motorbike was parked on the right side, in front of a house. A young man was struggling to move the motorbike, stating that "the owner locked the steering."

As the car driver approached, the young man continued to pull the motorbike backward, moving it slightly inward. When he saw the driver pull out a long, sharp object, the young man pleaded, "Maybe not this time, boss, let it go."

However, the car driver proceeded to repeatedly puncture both motorbike tires with the sharp object before leaving the scene.
