Yesterday afternoon, Hoa was driving a truck on Quoc Lo 51 from Dong Nai towards Ba Ria ward. His truck collided with another truck driven by Long, who was traveling in the same direction, leading to a dispute.

At the N2-2 road intersection in Phu My ward, Long blocked Hoa's vehicle and attacked Hoa with an iron pipe. The two men then engaged in a physical altercation, throwing bricks in the middle of the road, causing local traffic congestion.

Police arrived at the scene, reviewed camera footage, and took those involved in for questioning.

Both drivers admitted their actions.
