On 28/6, the Ha Tinh Provincial Police Traffic Police Department announced that a woman from Thanh Sen ward was fined for parking against the flow of traffic and parking in a section of road only wide enough for one motor vehicle, as stipulated by Decree 168/2024.

The incident occurred at 21:10 on 17/6, in alley 62, which is over 3 meters wide, on Ha Huy Tap street in Thanh Sen ward (formerly part of Ha Tinh city). The woman parked her four-seater car, blocking the passage and obstructing residents.

According to authorities, despite multiple warnings, the vehicle owner failed to comply, preventing trash collection vehicles from entering the alley to perform their duties.

Following complaints from residents, Thanh Sen Ward Police coordinated with the Traffic Police Department to summon the female driver for questioning and issue an official report.
