Crossfire Legends shooting game launches in Vietnam

Crossfire Legends launched its servers in Vietnam on the morning of 16/12, introducing the nearly two-decade-old first-person shooter brand to mobile platforms.

The game officially launched at 10h on 16/12, allowing Vietnamese players to experience the mobile version of the first-person shooter (FPS) brand that has resonated with generations of gamers. This marks the first official release of the Crossfire brand on a mobile platform.

To mark the launch, publisher VNGGames initiated a series of promotional and experiential activities. Artists popular with young audiences, including Orange, Phao Northside, and Quang Hung MasterD, collaborated on media content, such as a live-action video introducing the game released prior to the server launch.

Concurrently, a seven-day "Megalive" event, running daily from 11h to 23h, featured numerous streamers and guests. Viewers participating in these interactive livestreams had the chance to win technology prizes like an iPhone 17 Pro, Xiaomi 15T Pro, or iPad Air.

Prior to its launch, Crossfire: Legends engaged with students and young people at various community events. These included interactive sessions at universities as part of NSOC 2025, and the TikTok Shop Funfest 2025, held on Nguyen Hue walking street in Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM) on 12/12.

From 20/12, Crossfire: Legends will continue its visibility campaign with roadshows across Ho Chi Minh City (TP HCM). Key locations include Thao Cam Vien, metro stops, the City Post Office, and Ben Bach Dang Park.

Players logging in from the server launch received simultaneous pre-registration rewards and welcome event bonuses. The publisher announced that exceeding 2 million pre-registrations unlocked a collective gift package for all early-stage participants.

Following the launch, Crossfire: Legends plans to continue in-game activities and social media campaigns. These efforts aim to sustain player engagement through the end of 2025.
