The Kun Marathon Nha Trang 2026 is set to energize 2,500 young runners on the morning of 8/8 in the Tram Huong Tower area, Tran Phu street, Nha Trang city, Khanh Hoa. This event, designed for children aged 6 to 10, blends a running race with various sports activities and family-friendly games. A lineup of prominent Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) will join the children, including Truong Giang, Ali Thuc Phuong, Hoang Hon, Sammy Dao, and magician Bao Long, who will engage, perform, and provide encouragement throughout the day.

Truong Giang, a familiar face to both parents and young participants, returns as "Big Papa." Having first joined the Kun Marathon Ho Chi Minh City in 2023 and subsequent events in Hue and Da Nang, he often kickstarts the day by chatting with children and cheering on all age groups. He believes sports not only foster physical health but also create valuable opportunities for parents and children to share experiences. For him, the true highlight of each race is not the finishing time, but the shared moments of preparation, activity, and reaching the finish line as a family.

Other familiar KOLs will also be present. Hoang Hon, a content creator known for his humorous short videos and acting roles, has participated in many Kun Marathon stages. After joining four events in his debut year, he returned for stages in Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Nha Trang, often running, overcoming obstacles, and interacting directly with children. Ali Thuc Phuong, born in 2013 and known for her roles in singing and television, including the series "Cach em mot milimet," previously attended Kun Marathon Hanoi 2025 and this year's Hue stage. In Nha Trang, she will interact, run, and cheer on athletes close to her age.

Sammy Dao, a popular YouTuber and content creator specializing in Minecraft and Mini World videos, will also be joining. The magic performance will be led by Dang Bao Long, born in 2011, who gained recognition on the "Sieu tai nang nhi" (Child Super Talents) program in 2020. Beyond magic, Bao Long also acts and models, with several appearances in Kun programs. In addition to the running course, the event offers various activity zones, including basketball, pickleball, football, the Kun farm, and multi-sport challenges, allowing children to explore diverse forms of exercise.

Registration for the event opened at 15h on 31/7 and quickly closed after all 2,500 slots were filled. Each account allowed for a maximum of five child registrations. Parents were required to provide full names, ages, identification numbers, and phone numbers for both themselves and the athletes during online declaration. Upon successful registration, organizers sent confirmation emails with participation instructions. Race kits will be distributed on 7/8 in the Tram Huong Tower area. The Kun Marathon is a part of the VnExpress Marathon system, which has previously organized events in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, Ha Long, Da Nang, and Hai Phong. The organizers state that the program aims to introduce children to running, encourage outdoor activities, and foster early exercise habits.
