Vice chairmen of the provincial people's committee: Mai Son, Dao Quang Khai, Le Xuan Loi, Pham Van Thinh, and Ngo Tan Phuong, were also re-elected for the new term.
The provincial people's council also re-elected Nguyen Viet Oanh as chairman of the provincial people's council; vice chairmen include Tran Thi Hang, Lam Thi Huong Thanh, Nghiem Xuan Huong, and Nguyen Anh Tuan.
In 2026, Bac Ninh aims for GRDP growth of 12,5% to 13%, among the highest nationwide, to achieve a GRDP scale of nearly 599 trillion VND. In Ninh Binh, the provincial people's council re-elected Nguyen Thanh Binh, chairman of the provincial people's committee for the 2021-2026 term, to continue in the position for the new term. Binh, 52, from Hung Yen, holds a master's degree in economic management. He previously served as chairman of the Thai Nguyen provincial people's committee and deputy secretary of the provincial party committee before being assigned to Ninh Binh.

Vice chairmen of the provincial people's committee: Tran Song Tung, Nguyen Anh Chuc, Tran Anh Dung, Dang Thanh Son, Nguyen Cao Son, and Ha Lan Anh, were also re-elected to their positions.
The provincial people's council also re-elected Le Quoc Chinh as chairman of the provincial people's council; vice chairmen include Bui Hoang Ha, Mai Thanh Long, and Hoang Van Kien.
Ninh Binh aims for GRDP growth of approximately 11-12% in 2026, with the province identifying tourism and clean industry development as key drivers.
In Lang Son, the provincial people's council re-elected Nguyen Canh Toan, chairman of the provincial people's committee for the 2021-2026 term, to continue in the position for the 2026-2031 term. Toan, 50, from Nghe An, holds a master's degree in human resource management. He previously served as vice chairman of the Committee for State Capital Management at Enterprises and deputy secretary of the Lang Son provincial party committee.

Vice chairmen of the provincial people's committee: Dinh Huu Hoc, Doan Thanh Son, and Tran Thanh Nhan, were also re-elected to their positions.
The provincial people's council re-elected Doan Thi Hau as chairman of the provincial people's council; vice chairmen include Duong Xuan Huyen and Nguyen Van Truong.
Lang Son is tasked with achieving GRDP growth of approximately 10% in 2026, focusing on border gate economy and logistics.
In Lao Cai, the provincial people's council re-elected Nguyen Tuan Anh as chairman of the provincial people's committee for the 2026-2031 term. Nguyen Tuan Anh, 51, from Hanoi, holds a doctorate in economics. He previously worked at the State Bank of Vietnam and National Assembly agencies. In 2024, the Party Central Committee Secretariat assigned him to the provincial party executive and standing committees. He then served as deputy secretary of the Yen Bai provincial party committee and was elected chairman of the Yen Bai provincial people's committee.
Vice chairmen of the provincial people's committee for the new term include: Phan Trung Ba, Vu Thi Hien Hanh, Nguyen Thanh Sinh, and Ngo Hanh Phuc.
