The design specifies an outdoor stage with integrated tiered seating, accommodating approximately 1,000 people. Its construction will use 20cm thick reinforced concrete, featuring a 148 square meter floor made of 5cm thick lim wood. The stone seating will stretch about 296,7 meters and include LED lighting.
The project also includes a service building with public restrooms, covering about 226 square meters, to serve both residents and tourists. A network of park walkways, totaling approximately 583 meters in length and 3-5 meters wide, will feature granite paving. These walkways will connect various functional areas within the site, making it easier for people to walk, exercise, and visit.
Construction is scheduled for completion within two years.

According to the Hue City Parks and Green Tree Center, the project, once completed, is expected to enhance the Huong River's riverside landscape. It aims to create a new community gathering point for residents and improve both the environmental quality and urban aesthetics of the area on the north bank of Nguyen Hoang Bridge.
Following the approval of the Huong River banks master plan in 4/2021, Hue City has implemented several projects to develop pedestrian walkways along both riverbanks for public use. These initiatives include a 64 billion dong lim wood walkway on the Huong River's south bank and another outdoor stage in front of the Quoc Hoc stele on Le Loi street, which residents widely welcomed.
