Traffic Police Team 7 (Hanoi Police Department) reported that at approximately 8:15 PM on 16/7, a white seven-seater car was traveling on Nguyen Trac Street, Duong Noi Ward. Near Phenikaa University, the car suddenly lost control, colliding with two cars and four motorbikes. The impact killed a fruit vendor at the scene, and several injured individuals were taken to the hospital.

At the scene, three cars and four motorbikes were scattered across the road. The car that caused the accident was severely damaged, another car overturned, and debris was strewn across the street. The distance between the first and fourth motorbike was over one hundred meters.
