Around 9:50 a.m., Duong Bao Quoc was driving a four-seat car with a Phu Yen license plate, carrying three passengers from Dak Lak towards Nha Trang. Near Vinh Luong Market (Bac Nha Trang ward), a tire blew out, causing the car to lose control and collide with a semi-truck traveling in the same direction.

After the initial impact, the car was thrown approximately 2 meters, crashing into the median barrier and flipping onto its roof. The front end of the car was completely destroyed.

Bystanders quickly rushed to help the passengers out of the overturned vehicle. According to witnesses, the 4 occupants, all members of the same family, were unharmed. The semi-truck sustained minor damage to its side.

The accident occurred during a period of heavy traffic, causing congestion in the area. Traffic police arrived to manage the flow of vehicles and investigate the scene. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
