The test will cover professional qualifications, public service competence, and job positions. "While no cases of misassigned personnel have been recorded so far, this assessment will help review the current situation and facilitate appropriate reassignments, aiming towards streamlining the payroll," Giang said.
The Department of Home Affairs is required to finalize the plan and submit a report to the Hue City People's Committee before 8/8.
After one month of implementing the two-level government model, 40 communes and wards in Hue city have processed 50,708 applications, with 89.04% submitted online, ranking Hue 4th out of 34 provinces and cities.
