Around 2h, a fire erupted at Duy Nhan electrical and plumbing shop, located in the Doan Ket market area, Hoa Phu commune (formerly Phu Yen). The flames spread rapidly, engulfing the entire residential and business property, trapping many inside.

Nguyen The Hau, chairman of Hoa Phu commune People's Committee, stated that the fire resulted in the deaths of four family members: a couple and their two children. Additionally, an infant less than one month old sustained severe burns and is currently receiving emergency treatment at the hospital.

Upon receiving the report, authorities arrived to cordon off the scene, extinguish the blaze, and conduct rescue operations. However, because the fire occurred at night and the house contained many flammable materials, the human casualties were severe.

Police are currently examining the scene and investigating the cause of the fire.
