Around 9 PM, flames erupted on the first floor of a company's production factory, specializing in sewing thread and PE film. The facility is located at lot CN1B, Quat Dong Industrial Cluster, Thuong Phuc commune.
Witnesses reported the blaze began after a loud explosion. Workers were inside the factory at the time, but all managed to escape unharmed.
Due to the presence of numerous flammable materials, the fire rapidly consumed the factory, creating a column of black smoke dozens of meters high. A pungent smell from the fire spread throughout the surrounding area.

Immediately upon receiving the fire report, Fire and Rescue Team Area 35, supported by reinforcements, dispatched approximately 8 fire trucks and dozens of firefighters to the scene.
By 11:40 PM that day, the fire continued to smolder, with a section of the factory collapsing. Police deployed an excavator to demolish parts of the structure, while simultaneously spraying water from multiple angles to prevent further spread.
The affected factory, approximately 1,000 square meters, was a two-story structure enclosed by corrugated iron. The first floor was dedicated to sewing thread production, while the second floor manufactured PE film. Inside the factory, there were also drying ovens and boilers.
