Around 19h, a fire erupted in an apartment measuring about 100 m2 on the 11th floor of block B, Conic Boulevard condominium, Tan Nhut commune, approximately 2 km from Binh Dien bridge. The apartment was unoccupied when the fire occurred.

Black smoke from the apartment spread into the hallway, triggering fire alarms. Many residents, carrying young children and essential belongings, evacuated to the ground via the stairs. The building's electricity was cut, prompting some to use phone flashlights to navigate the stairwells.

On-site firefighters quickly accessed the apartment, extinguished the blaze, and prevented its spread. The fire caused no casualties but damaged some property inside.

According to initial information, the fire is believed to have originated in the kitchen area. The specific cause remains under investigation.

Conic Boulevard condominium consists of two blocks, A and B, standing 15 stories tall with one basement level, offering 976 apartments ranging from 84-114 m2 in size.
