Effective 1/1 under Decree 369, the Government Office's organizational structure has been streamlined. It no longer includes the Department of Enterprise Innovation and the Agency for Administrative Procedure Control, instead incorporating the Agency for Digital Transformation. The Department of Enterprise Innovation will continue operations until its functions and tasks fully transfer to the Department of General Economics. Similarly, the Agency for Administrative Procedure Control will operate until its responsibilities are divided between the Government Office's new Agency for Digital Transformation and the Agency for Administrative Procedure Control under the Ministry of Justice.
Compared to its structure in 2/2025, the Government Office now comprises 17 affiliated units: the Department of General Affairs, Department of Legal Affairs, Department of General Economics, Department of Industry, Department of Agriculture, Department of Science, Education, Culture, and Society, Department of International Relations, Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Public Service Organization, Department for Monitoring Inspection Work (Department I), Department for National Assembly, Local Affairs, and Mass Organizations, Department of Secretariat - Editorial, Department of Administration, Department of Personnel Organization, Agency for Digital Transformation, Agency for Administration - Finance, and the Government e-Portal.
Within this structure, the Government e-Portal is authorized to use the National Emblem seal, and the Department of Administration consists of 3 divisions.

The Government Office operates as a ministerial-level agency, serving as an assisting apparatus for the Government, Prime Minister, and Deputy Prime Ministers. Its functions include providing synthesized advice, coordinating the Government's and Prime Minister's leadership and management, ensuring information flow for leadership and operations, and providing information to the public. It also ensures the material, technical, and logistical conditions for the Government's activities.
Tran Van Son currently serves as the Minister-Chairman of the Government Office. He is supported by four Deputy Chairpersons: Mai Thi Thu Van, Nguyen Sy Hiep, Do Ngoc Huynh, and Pham Manh Cuong.
