The Hanoi People's Committee directed that sections fully meeting technical requirements could open to traffic and operate early, aiming to reduce congestion and maximize the project's effectiveness. The Voi Phuc - Nguyen Chi Thanh section has largely completed both directions, including paving, road markings, tree planting, and lighting installation.

The Nguyen Chi Thanh - Lang Ha section currently has only partially completed the road surface in the Lang Ha direction. Contractors are continuing to expedite work on the remaining items.

In addition to the road sections, workers are fast-tracking two overpasses at the Lang Ha and Nguyen Chi Thanh intersections, with completion expected in 2026. The Nguyen Chi Thanh overpass is more complex due to the need for synchronized planning with the underground urban railway line.
