For the 2026-2031 term, the education sector must refine policies for high-quality human resource training, ensuring a close alignment with labor market demands. The primary focus is the synchronized implementation of laws and resolutions enacted by the National Assembly. These include: the Law on Teachers, the revised Education Law, the Higher Education Law, the Vocational Education Law, and policies on universal education and tuition fee exemption.
The Ministry of Education and Training is tasked with developing guiding decrees and circulars to translate these policies into practice. Concurrently, it will address pressing issues such as ensuring safe learning environments, reducing school violence, resolving localized teacher shortages and surpluses, and improving curricula and textbooks.
Another key objective is to foster an open, flexible education system that guarantees citizens' right to learn. This initiative aims to enhance training quality and boost employment opportunities for graduates.
