Nguyen Hai Ninh, 50 years old, Chief of the Central Party Office, is from Hung Yen. He holds a doctorate in Law and has been a member of the Party Central Committee for three terms: the 12th, 13th, and 14th.
He began his career at the Central Internal Affairs Commission, then worked at the Central Party Office, serving as Deputy Director of the Legal Department, Deputy Director General, Director General of the Secretariat, and Secretary to the Chief of the Central Party Office.
In 10/2014, he was rotated to serve as Vice Chairman of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee for five years before returning to the Central Party Office as Deputy Chief.
In 4/2021, he became the Provincial Party Secretary of Khanh Hoa for three years. In 8/2024, the National Assembly approved his appointment as minister of justice.
At the 14th Party Congress in 1/2026, he was re-elected as a member of the 14th Party Central Committee.
The Central Party Office is an advisory body that assists the Party Central Committee, and directly and regularly the Politburo and Secretariat. It also serves as a comprehensive information center, a coordinator for Party agencies' activities, and advises on financial and asset management to ensure the operational conditions of the Party Central Committee.
