Established in 2018, the GCSA Award is a prestigious accolade recognizing organizations that drive the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) across three dimensions: environmental, social, and economic. The award results were announced at the Global Corporate Sustainability Forum (GCSF), which gathered leaders from more than 20 countries. This year's event saw numerous applications from entities among the world's top 2,000 companies.
Launched in 2022, the School Hygiene Project has constructed 270 new sanitation facilities to date, providing over 90,000 students and teachers in remote and underserved areas with access to clean water and safe hygiene conditions. These facilities are spread across various provinces, including Son La, Dien Bien, Ha Giang, Lao Cai, Nghe An, Quang Tri, and Quang Ngai.
By 2027, the project aims to complete 650 new and renovated facilities, benefiting hundreds of thousands of people and helping eliminate temporary, unsafe toilets in school environments.
Prior to the GCSA, Hope Foundation received recognition at the 16th Global CSR & ESG Awards (2024) and the Human Act Prize 2023 in the "Persistent Project" category. The foundation has also earned numerous commendations from the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs for its community contributions, particularly in education and supporting disadvantaged children.
