Around 11:30 h, a fire broke out in the production area of Uniwin Vietnam company limited, a textile and garment specialist, located within Nhon Trach 6 industrial park, Nhon Trach ward. Security guards and employees attempted to extinguish the fire using on-site systems, but were unsuccessful.

Due to the presence of primarily textiles and numerous garment industry equipment, the blaze quickly spread across the workshop area, spanning thousands of square meters. A smoke plume rose hundreds of meters high, visible from many kilometers away.

According to witnesses, the intense fire with multiple loud explosions deterred anyone from approaching. Several containers near the fire could not be moved to safety. Neighboring companies sprayed water to cool structures and prevent the fire from spreading.

Dong Nai Provincial Police are deploying multiple specialized vehicles and firefighting forces to the scene.

Two days prior, another textile company in Nhon Trach 5 industrial park, near Nhon Trach 6 industrial park, also experienced a fire in the evening, destroying much property, machinery, and workshops.
