In the North Central Coast, from Nghe An to northern Quang Tri, heavy rain is expected, with common rainfall amounts of 20-50 mm, and some localized areas exceeding 120 mm. The meteorological agency warned that some areas could experience intense rainfall exceeding 80 mm within 3 hours.

Areas in southern Thanh Hoa and southern Quang Tri will also experience scattered thunderstorms. Temperatures in the region from Thanh Hoa to Hue will range from a low of 22-25 degrees Celsius to a high of 28-31 degrees Celsius.
Along the South Central Coast, the northern part of the region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, while the southern part will experience heavier rain with localized amounts exceeding 80 mm.
The Central Highlands and the Southern region will continue to see widespread rain of 20-40 mm, with some areas receiving over 80 mm. Temperatures in the Central Highlands will range from a low of 20-23 degrees Celsius to a high of 28-31 degrees Celsius; for the Southern region, these will be 22-25 and 28-31 degrees Celsius, respectively.
The meteorological agency warned that during thunderstorms, residents should be vigilant against whirlwinds, lightning, hail, and strong gusts of wind, especially in areas experiencing heavy rain.
