On the afternoon of 30/7, the Central Inspection Committee announced the results of its 10th session. This followed a review of inspection findings regarding signs of violations, accountability reports, and a proposal for disciplinary action against the Party Cell of the Vietnam Writers' Association Publishing House for the 2025-2027 term and several related party members.
According to the conclusions, the Party Committee of the Vietnam Writers' Association for the 2025-2030 term lacked responsibility, loosened leadership and direction, and failed to inspect and supervise. This allowed the Vietnam Writers' Association to not properly fulfill its responsibilities as the governing body of the Publishing House.
The Party Cell of the Vietnam Writers' Association Publishing House violated working regulations and failed to properly implement the Party's policies and regulations, as well as State laws concerning publishing activities. Many officials and party members showed signs of political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle degradation. They violated Party regulations and State laws in performing their assigned duties, along with what party members are prohibited from doing and their responsibility to set an example.
The Central Inspection Committee assessed that these violations caused serious consequences, negatively affecting the prestige of the party organization and the unit, to the extent that disciplinary action must be taken.
