During the back-to-school season, the Nang buoc em den truong program inaugurated Hy vong bridge 458, bringing joy to residents of Hamlet 3, Tan Hoa Lap commune, Tay Ninh province. The structure is 24 m long, 3,5 m wide, with a load capacity of 2,5 tons, and a total investment of 570 million VND. Its operation has contributed to improving the material and spiritual lives of farmers, transforming the landscape of this particularly disadvantaged area.

Le Van Nhan, Party Committee Secretary of Nhon Hoa Lap commune, stated that Hy vong bridges in the commune, not just in Hamlet 3, have resolved bottlenecks that existed for over ten years, which previously hindered medical emergencies and the transport of fertilizers and agricultural products for residents.

Following this project, Quy Hy vong also recently commenced construction of a cluster of three bridges: 467, 468, and 469 in Tan Binh hamlet, Tan Thanh commune, Tay Ninh province. These new structures are being implemented to completely replace the severely degraded wooden plank bridge system, which posed a risk of unsafety during every rainy season.

In Can Tho, after over 140 Hy vong bridges were continuously implemented in previous years, the Nang buoc em den truong project has returned and inaugurated the first Hy vong bridge of 2026, numbered 416, here. Before the bridge was put into use, students and residents in the area had to detour via another bridge or choose waterway transport to reach the center. Travel and goods transport consequently took more time, which was particularly inconvenient for students and residents in their daily activities.

"The completion of Hy vong bridge 416 has opened up a convenient new connection route between Thanh Quoi and Thanh Phu areas, shortening travel distances and facilitating trade, study, and daily life for residents", a local representative shared.

In the first nine months of 2026, nearly 30 reinforced concrete bridges, 3,5-4,5 m wide, were completed across canals and ditches in the southern region. The total construction cost exceeded 20 billion VND, of which Quy Hy vong contributed over 4 billion VND, thanks to one-day salary contributions from FPT Group officers and employees, along with resources from businesses and individuals; the remaining portion was counterpart funding from local authorities and public contributions.

From its initial projects, the "Nang buoc em den truong" program has now built over 470 Hy vong bridges in many disadvantaged areas nationwide, aiming for 800 structures by 2030.

Nguyen Tien Danh, Project Director of Nang buoc em den truong - Quy Hy vong, stated that connecting transport infrastructure not only holds technical value but also directly impacts social welfare.

"When concrete bridges are formed, agricultural product transport costs decrease, and goods exchange increases. More importantly, the distance from home to school for students in riverine regions is safely shortened, opening up continuous learning opportunities for rural children", said Danh.
