The Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee plans to break ground on this significant project on 3/2, commemorating the 96th anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. This nearly 4,000 billion VND investment aims to alleviate traffic congestion at the entrance to Bien Hoa's urban center, create a scenic riverside landscape, and support the province's socio-economic development.

The new route will begin at Ha Huy Giap Street in Tran Bien ward and conclude at Tran Quoc Toan Street in Tam Hiep ward. Upon completion, the project will enhance the riverside landscape along the Dong Nai River, complementing Cu Lao Pho and the planned Provincial Administrative Center at Bien Hoa 1 Industrial Park.
The Provincial People's Committee considers this a key project, crucial for fostering socio-economic development and shaping urban riverside spaces. Its construction necessitates land acquisition from 430 households and four organizations, covering an area of over 16 ha.

As part of the broader development, five bridges along this route—Chim Tau, Rach Gio, Tan Mai, Ba Bot, and Suoi Linh bridges—along with their approach roads, were constructed in late 2023 and are now largely complete.
Separately, Dong Nai last week opened another section of the Dong Nai riverside road, spanning 5,7 km through Tran Bien ward. This road passes through historical houses and connects Bien Hoa city with former districts of Vinh Cuu.
