In recent days, the northern region has experienced light morning fog and daytime sunshine, influenced by a weak cold air mass moving eastward. The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting stated that dry weather will persist in Bac Bo until the end of 23/12.
From 24/12, a moderate cold front, combined with strong westerly winds at high altitudes, will affect Bac Bo. This will bring rain to many areas, with lowest temperatures generally below 20 degrees C. After 25/12, the cold air mass will weaken, and temperatures will gradually increase.
According to Accuweather's forecast, Ha Noi's temperatures for the three initial days of next week will range from 20-26 degrees C, dropping to about 15-20 degrees from Thursday. High-altitude mountainous areas above 1,500 m, such as Sa Pa (Lao Cai), will see temperatures of 10-19 degrees early in the week, then fall to 8-9 degrees C.
