Around 4 p.m. on 5/1, residents of Trieu Xuyen 2 village, Phuc Tho commune, Hanoi, heard a powerful explosion originating from a two-story house. The blast then caused a fire.

Authorities, including Phuc Tho Commune Police and Fire and Rescue Police, promptly dispatched personnel to the scene to extinguish the blaze. The fire was brought under control by approximately 4:30 p.m.

Upon reaching the site, officials found one person motionless and many shattered objects scattered around. The fire primarily affected the second floor of the house.

One individual was later confirmed dead, and two others sustained severe injuries, requiring emergency hospitalization.
