The impact caused the securing straps on three steel coils to break. The coils rolled off the trailer and directly onto the cabin. The driver was unharmed, but the cabin was completely crushed and deformed. Debris and floor panels were scattered across the road. The accident caused traffic congestion.
Authorities arrived to manage traffic flow. The initial cause was determined to be the container truck driver failing to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front.

Accidents involving trucks carrying steel coils occur frequently, posing a danger to both drivers and other road users. The Ministry of Construction is drafting regulations for loading goods onto trucks. Cargo must be appropriate for each type of truck; it needs to be secured, wedged, and padded to prevent shifting during transport.
